Renee Zellweger Diet and Body

Renee is said to have used the Zone Diet to help get back into shape after playing Bridget Jones.

The Zone regime claims to zap hunger, boost energy and delay aging by ensuring your body works within its peak performance.

Every meal must have a ratio of:

40% Carbs

30% Protein and

30% Unsaturated Fats.

What's For Dinner- Four and a half ounces of crab meat, a small salad, one apple, half a pitta bread and one table spoon of mayonnaise. If you get hungry at night, your allowed to snack on an ounce of turkey, a cup of strawberries and 6 peanuts-simple.

Pros- The low calorie intake means you just have to lose weight.

Cons- You'd have to carry around a little set of scales every where with you to get the ratios right, plus you'd need to have an A+ in Math's so you can work out what your allowed to eat.

Other Celeb Fans-Jennifer Aniston, Kristin Davis, Jessica Biel (who was spotted with some Zone Bars), Cindy Crawford and Demi Moore.

Renee's Exercise

Along with a healthy diet, exercise is a big part of Renee's fitness regime and if you've ever taken a look at her paparazzi candids, you can see she's a regular at the gym.

Hiking, running and jogging appear to be some of Renee's main exercise methods. All are great choices as they work the whole body, are good for cardio and if you're out with your dog or friends walking sometimes doesn't even feel like exercise.
