How It Works - While out walking you work your entire cardiovascular system ,which burns fat, while working your legs and glutes.

Pros - Its great if you don't like going to the gym because you can go out on walks yourself. Shouldn't cost much, and it's easy - just put on your shoes and go.

Cons - There aren't really any, but if you live somewhere where the weathers not always great you could end up having to stay indoors.

What You eat - Almost anything you want, a long enough walks or run will burn off most of the calories.
