Kate Winslet Hair Styles

Color - Light Golden Blonde

Suits - Looks great on most face shapes

For the 2010 Oscars Kate was given a retro Veronica Lake style look.

To begin Frederic Fekkai COIFF Strong Hold Mousse was applied to the roots, of wet hair, and brushed through to the ends.

The side parting was created and then dried using a large round brush to add some volume at the roots and body to the rest of the hair.

Once dry a curling iron was used to create some soft waves and Frederic Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray finished.

Color - Golden blonde with a few highlights in a lighter shade

Suits - Most faces except wide or heart shapes

Note - This is difficult look that you would probably need someone else to help you create

Kate's 2009 Oscars hairstyle was created by Frederic Fekkai stylist Renato Campora, who gave her a Grace Kelly inspired look.

To begin Kate's hair was wet then Fekkai MORE All-Day Density Styling Whip was added; it was then blow-dried with a round brush to create volume.

Once dry a 1-inch curling iron was used and Fekkai Coiff Magnifique Ultra Light Finishing Creme was brushed through after they had set to add the wave and shape.

The difficult part is creating the roll at the neck. The bottom section of Kate's hair was tucked under and pinned into place. Frederic Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray was then applied to keep everything held in place.

Color - Dark Golden Blonde

Suits - Almost any face shape, avoid if you're face is long though

To get this style wet your hair, then when it's about 90% dry wrap large sections of your hair around a medium, to large sized tong, until you've curled all your hair.

Gently separate the curls with your fingers, don't brush them through, as you don't want to ruin the curls.

Once you've put your hair into a centre shed and are happy with your style, lightly mist with some hairspray, or use some hair wax to define your curls.

Color - Light Golden Blonde

Suits - Almost any face shape, though you should be careful if your face is round.

Needs - Hair that has some natural curls and waves.

Start with a shoulder length cut that has lots of long, chunky layers through the front and ends.

To style towel dry your hair and apply some frizz ease serum, then tong random sections into loose waves, using your fingers and a little wax to create texture and define the waves and curls.
