After having Brady, Miranda found
it hard to lose her baby weight but with the help of weight watchers
she managed to lose a few pounds and fit back into her skinny jeans.
For anyone wanting to try out Weight
Watchers it is a point based diet. All foods are given a points value based on
their calorie and fat content; for example a salad is
0 points and a spring role might be 5 points.
You're allowed to eat whatever you want
just as long as you stick to your allowance of points. Each person is allowed a
different allowance, depending on their weight, height etc.
You can follow the diet on your own but
attending Weight Watcher meetings is said to be the best and most effective way
to lose weight on the diet. Every slimmer there is given a points finder to help
calculate and they can also talk to the group leader and other members.
If you stick to this diet properly you
should lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week at most, this helps weight stay off
better long-term, unlike a crash diet where you are likely to put any weight
you've lost back on quickly.
