Jessica's Latest Diet
Regime After Dukes of
Hazard Jessica gave up her regime and recently came under some media scrutiny in
April for gaining a little weight but Jessica wouldn't let critics get her down.
She's now hired a new trainer Harley Pasternak and his regime showed quick
results on Jessica, who's reported to have lost 25lbs in the short time between
April and June.
Harley's regime allows Jessica 1300
calories per day but she still gets to eat 5 meals a day, so she doesn't get
hungry and still stays healthy.

Diet
Breakfast - Omelette made from egg whites,
some Ezekiel toast
Mid Morning Snack - Apple Wedges
Lunch - Chicken and cucumber salad
Afternoon Snack - A mini sized pepperoni
pizza
Dinner - Sweet potato mash with some
grilled fillet mignon and asparagus

As well as her new diet Jessica has also
be spotted going to and from the gym a lot recently and is often spotted with a
