A few years ago, everyone was worried about Nicole's skinny physique and teeny weight but, getting pregnant with Harlow set her into eating sensibly and healthily.

According to People magazine, Nicole now follows an organic diet.

For exercise, Nicole is often papped heading to and from the gym (she's said to do Pilates) and she's also been seen out on walks and hikes.

Nicole used to do figure skating when she was younger.
