Hayden
has always been a sports girl she once said, "I've always played a
lot of sports--volleyball, softball, baseball. I was a gymnast for
nine years." On top of all that Hayden
was also a cheerleader in life as well as in the Bring It On sequel
and Heroes.
If you ever take a look at
paparazzi pics of Hayden, she is often seen on walking her dogs,
another great form of exercise and a fun one at that.
She loves diving and goes free-diving with
dolphins. Talking about diving she told Self magazine's March 2010 issue - after
a day of diving - "It's the best shape I've been in. You're using everything,
and it's easy on your joints, great for your body and works all of your muscles
- muscles you didn't even know you had."
As well as all the other active stuff,
Hayden also does Pilates and her own stunts on Heroes. She also told an
interview in May 2009 that she has a treadmill in her living room.
For diet, Hayden has admitted in
interviews her diet vice is carbs but she does try to eat healthily and drinks a
lot of water. She also told Shape that she stopped eating meat a few years
ago.
