AnnaLynne McCord Diet & Body Tips

 

In March 2010 AnnaLynne was featured in March 2010's SHAPE Magazine and gave away some of here beauty and diet tips -

When it comes to diet, AnnaLynne follows one simple tip -  When she's done eating, she wraps up her leftovers instead of just finishing whatever was served. It's a tip she picked up from her mother who lost 45 pounds ten years ago after picking up the tip from The Weigh Down Diet.

AnnaLynne has a hectic schedule as is on set for 90210 at 6 a.m. most days and sometimes not in bed until 1 or 2 the next morning, because of this breakfast is the only meal she eats at a normal time. She usually has an egg sandwich or French toast-or both if she’s really hungry. She tends to graze the rest of the day, grabbing a turkey and ham sandwich for lunch, a handful of red and green pepper strips with ranch dressing or cereal bars for a snack, and vegetable soup plus fish or chicken for dinner.

Another simple diet rule is moderation - she allows herself to indulge in her fave foods once or twice a week, and what does she love: Taco Bell Mexican Pizzas. “My mom told me she used to eat one every single day when she was pregnant with me,” she says, laughing. “I’m like, ‘Mom, you’re the reason I’m totally addicted to Taco Bell!’”

AnnaLynne also included Kellogg's Special K Strawberry Bars in her list of favourite things.  She said, "I snack on these throughout the day."

 

 

For keeping fit and exercising AnnaLynne says, “I love being outdoors, playing beach tennis, going for runs in the sand, or doing a three-hour hike with my best girlfriend, Mieko.”

She also has some other fun keep fit interests, she told the mag - “When I first moved to L.A., I didn’t have a lot of money to join a gym or take classes, so I improvised. My sister and I went to the library and looked over their DVD collection and discovered Neena and Veena, these Egyptian twins who have a whole series of belly dancing routines. We did them all.”
