  Miranda's Diet and Exercise

Anyone who has seen Miranda knows she has an amazing bikini bod, she is a Victoria's Secret model after all, and after having baby Flynn, she seems to look better than ever.

Miranda has been practicing yoga for years and kept it up throughout and after her pregnancy.

She told Who magazine she has a daily yoga practice that she does no matter where she is. She also meditates while on planes.

She also attributed breastfeeding to helping her get back into shape post-baby.

For cardio she says that running to the airport with all her luggage is kind of enough cardio for her although she has been papped at the gym on occasion and before Flynn said she had a .trainer while she was in New York that she would see a couple of times a week but said - "I'm not the girl who just goes to the gym on her own."

  Miranda's Diet

Miranda's Diet

In an October 2009 interview with Grazia magazine Miranda said she follows the Blood Type Diet - Eat Right 4 Your Type. She also said - "I know what works for me. Primarily I'm vegetarian but I will eat a small amount of fish and chicken."

She also added - "I believe you shouldn't be so strict with yourself - life is about having fun and enjoying yourself but it's also important to know what's good for your body and what energises your body."

Like so many models Miranda knows the importance of drinking water - it not only helps health and hydration but is good for the skin too - a model must.

Miranda has been seen with FIJI Water - loved by many other celebs including Cameron Diaz.

  Other Foods and Tips

Miranda also drinks Noni juice, she told Who magazine that she's been drinking it for 12 years. "It's high in vitamins C and A and it's really beneficial for your skin and healing."

According to an issue of Australian Cosmopolitan magazine, it reported Miranda took four tablespoons of coconut oil a day; Miranda however verified this on her own KORA website writing:

"There have been some confusing messages portrayed in the media regarding the way in which I use coconut oil and I thought it was important for me to take the time to set the record straight. Firstly I must say that I never did an interview with Australian Cosmopolitan magazine and unfortunately they have misquoted and misrepresented comments I previously posted on my blog.

When it comes to coconut oil, I personally find it beneficial and use approximately four teaspoons of coconut oil a day (in my salads and meals) not tablespoons.

Everyone is different but that is what works for me and I prefer it as a substitute to other oils that are more readily used in day to day food preparation and cooking. I suggest people consult with their health practitioner for what is right for them."
