Miranda is fairy low-key
when it comes to her hairstyles, and often leaves her her simply
down, or puts it in a bun during the day.
Seen backstage before a
David Jones fashion show, Miranda showed off a perfect neat bun.
Best For -
Straight hair. If you've got curly or wavy hair you might want
to straighten or blow-dry before trying this sleek look.
How To - For this
look, unlike most, you don't need freshly washed hair - this style
actually works better with hair that's a little bit greasy,
otherwise you can use water or gel.
First, create your
parting, Miranda's is slightly off centre. Brush your hair smooth of
any kinks, tugs, or bumps at the crown then pull it into a low pony
tail at the back of the head and secure with a band to match your
hair colour.
Wrap the pony tail up
and around the elastic band, securing with pins (again matching your
hair colour) as you go. You might find it easier to twist the
ponytail while wrapping - some find it stays put easier.
When you reach the end,
tuck the final part of your pony tail in, or underneath the rest of
the bun - again, securing with a pin if you need to.
Finish with a good dose
of hairspray.
