As a Victoria's Secret and action flick babe - it
goes without saying Rosie has to have an amazing body - it's her
job! So how does she stay in shape?
When asked in an interview what her fave workout
method was, Rosie said: "I box, which I love!" If you find the
right type of boxing, it's a great workout for all the body - it's
also the fave workout method of her fellow VS Angel Adriana Lima.
Getting into shape for the Transformers
movie, Rosie had two different personal trainers and also went
through gun and stunts training.
Before Transformers Rosie said: ‘I’m not a
massive gym bunny, but I do make an appearance every once in a
while." After Transformers though, Rosie said: “I go to
the gym, do a lot of cardio and keep strong, which is really
important to me.”

Talking to
Women's Health Magazine's July 2011 issue, Rosie also
revealed workouts included sprints on a Versa Climber machine, and
30 yards of "Spiderman crawls" (going on all fours along a track).
She
would also
drink "Green shakes" which were a blend of spinach, celery, and
apples.
