Megan is often papped
heading to or from the gym - so what's her exercise?
On the Golden Globes red carpet in 2009, Megan
told interviewer Giuliana Rancic: "Well, I do have a 22 inch waist,
I will say that. But, I basically starve myself for a month.
I’m kidding, I did a lot of Pilates. An immense amount of
Pilates."

Megan also told Allure Magazine her Armani underwear ad had been
airbrushed: "People always airbrush me, especially in my stomach,
because it looks like I have a 24-Pack - they soften it."
Talking to In Touch magazine,
Megan's trainer Harley Pasternak said: "The secret to perfect abs
like Megan's is to work them in every direction. She does
everything from double crunches for the front to dumbbell side bends
for the obliques to trunk twists for the torso. She and
husband Brian Austin Green train with Pasternak up to five times a
week.
He also explains she eats five
small meals a day to help keep her lean and muscular physique.
Megan also seems to have quite
a high metabolism; director Michael Bay said she was too skinny and
she was told to gain about 10 pounds for her role in the
Transformers movies, which she would lose quickly after cutting out
the junk food when filming was over.
