Talking to Seventeen's Fitness Magazine,
Nina revealed she has always been into sports - and a wide variety
of them at that.
Nina started Rhythmic Gymnastics at age
nine and even made it onto the Canadian National team. She
trained five days a week for about three hours a day.
After quitting gymnastics, Nina learned
to workout and train on her own and revealed she loves hot yoga.
She also swims, whether it's laps of a
pool or out in the ocean. She revealed: "I'm in much
better shape after a beach vacation."
Running is a great total body workout
favoured by many stars, and Nina loves it too, although she prefers
running outdoors as opposed to on a treadmill, saying the sights
distract her from how hard she's working (you also burn more cals
outside and get better fitness due to the natural inclines).
