When Bad Teacher was released in Summer
2011, everyone wanted to know how Cameron kept her hot body.
Cameron's answer was a lot of work. She
says: "Exercising for me is like easting, sleeping, and breathing.
I'm consistent."
Although a surfing fan (see below) Cameron
also works out up to five times a week. She does a mix of
Pilates, lunges, and squats - all great for muscle tone.
Not only all of the above but Cam has also
been papped out jogging - another great toning and fitness exercise.
When it comes to diet, in the past Cameron relied mainly
on her metabolism, and has stated her love for ham burgers and
French fries. While she's a girl who believes in everything in
moderation, Cameron sticks to a mainly healthy diet nowadays.
