Cheryl
said in an 2010 interview with Hello magazine: "Recently my mother told me about Eat
Right 4 Your Type, in which you're told what to eat and what to avoid depending
on your blood type. It has made such a difference - not so much to my shape, but
to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I was like 'energy schmenergy' and
didn't believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent."
For anyone wanting to try out the diet, here's just a quick
guide for each types -
Type O - Low-Carb, High Protein. Avoid dairy
products, brazil nuts, oranges. High exercise is recommended for this
type.
Type A - Eat lots of fish and vegetables. Avoid
red meat. Light exercise.
Type B - Meat, dairy, and fish is recommended but
avoid chicken and bacon. Make sure to get your five-a-day
Type AB - A combo of type A and Bs tips.
