Cheryl said in an 2010 interview with Hello magazine: "Recently my mother told me about Eat Right 4 Your Type, in which you're told what to eat and what to avoid depending on your blood type. It has made such a difference - not so much to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I was like 'energy schmenergy' and didn't believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent."

For anyone wanting to try out the diet, here's just a quick guide for each types -

Type O - Low-Carb, High Protein.  Avoid dairy products, brazil nuts, oranges.  High exercise is recommended for this type.

Type A - Eat lots of fish and vegetables.  Avoid red meat.  Light exercise.

Type B - Meat, dairy, and fish is recommended but  avoid chicken and bacon.  Make sure to get your five-a-day

Type AB - A combo of type A and Bs tips.

Cheryl's Excercise Regime  

 

For exercise, Cheryl doesn't have a regular routine but is always on the go and burning off cal's.

She has also had her dance routines to rehearse and perform, helping keep her in shape, since being in Girls Aloud - and even before.  She did ballet and ballroom dancing as a child.

Rumours  

According to various newspapers, it's rumoured Cheryl bought a £36,000 wind tunnel exercise bike machine.

Cheryl denied knowledge of the machine in her interview with Piers Morgan but is rumoured to have bought the Hypoxi Trainer S120 from Harrods.
