Audrey kept her slim frame thanks to the
fact she had a high metabolism but her
slender arms and upper body were well shaped thanks to her ballet background.
Ballet helps to tone muscle and also helps give good posture.
Audrey also ate healthily, she loved all
sorts of fruit, especially apples and was a big fan of pasta and although she
had the discipline of a dancer she still allowed herself a little treat now and
then. Chocolate was one of Audrey's favourite things but her trick was not to
eat too much, she would eat whatever she wanted until she was full, then she
would just stop.
She also revealed: "I don’t like
fancy food at all. I much prefer an extremely simple meal that’s
exquisitely done… A perfectly cooked steak, a beautiful salad, some
raspberries."

In old photos you will often see Audrey on
a bike; whether she did it for fitness, fun or necessity, regular cycling would
have kept Audrey with legs well toned and fab fitness.
In her later years she kept healthy by
walking, she loved going out for walks and taking in the fresh air and almost
always had a
cute little dog to take with her.
