To get Marlene's hairstyle you need to start off with a
blunt, slightly graduated shoulder length bob.
To style it wash your hair then leave it until its about
90% dried. Apply some large Velcro rollers to it all. Starting by taking the
hair from the top of the head and wrapping it down around the rollers, not up
and around.
Once all your hair has been put into rollers, leave it to
dry, then when it is completely dry take them out and make a side parting
brushing your hair for looser, more free curls all on one side of the head.
Finish with a liberal spray of lacquer.
