Victoria Beckham Diet & Body

Always under much controversy over her super svelte look Victoria says she stays slim because it's her natural shape.

She helps to maintain her weight by eating low fat and calorie foods, like prawns and strawberries. She loves Marks and Spencer's foods, especially the tubs of prawns, which she likes to stock up on whenever she can.

For exercise she doesn't only run around after her three sons.  When still living in Spain she was said to have gone to one of Madrid's most exclusive gyms, where she worked out around 3 times a week.

Victoria's Favourite Snacks

Coconut Water - Victoria told Tatler magazine she drinks lots to stay hydrated.  Not only hydration, though, coconut water also provides lots of potassium; but on the downside it is also high in sodium.

Edamame - A soybean vegetable, low in calories but high in vitamins and calcium.

Pretzels - Most types are low in calories and fat, you just have to watch out for too much salt.

Sushi - High in nutrients if you pick the right type and low in calories and fat

Diet Coke - Victoria drinks very little else, reportedly she's not drank water for years because she doesn't like the taste.
