Victoria's Favourite Snacks
Coconut Water - Victoria told
Tatler magazine she drinks lots to stay hydrated. Not only hydration,
though, coconut water also provides lots of potassium; but on the downside it is
also high in sodium.
Edamame
- A soybean vegetable, low in calories but high in vitamins and calcium.
Pretzels - Most types are low in calories and fat,
you just have to watch out for too much salt.
Sushi - High in nutrients if you pick the right
type and low in calories and fat
Diet Coke - Victoria drinks very little else,
reportedly she's not drank water for years because she doesn't like the taste.
