To get this look ask your hairdresser to razor cut your hair at the ends, so you have a choppy look. You also need to get layers, which start from just around eyebrow height, so you can wear a side sweeping fringe like Sharon's.

When you have the cut, straighten your hair so it is extra smooth and sleek looking.

Use some mousse to give a little height to the crown, then get some hair grips and pin sections of your hair back, you can see how Sharon has done this in the photo. Don't worry about it not being perfect, this style is meant to be a little messy.

When you have your hair the way you want it finish with some hairspray over the crown, so you maintain the volume there throughout the day.
