Kate
has always been under scrutiny over her weight, ever since she first came onto
the scene more than ten years ago. Looking at her now, though, she does appear
much healthier and skinny does seem to be her natural shape.
To keep trim it's said Kate does watch what she eats and always likes to make
sure she gets her 5 fruit and veg a day.
She says her favourite food is sushi, also a big hit with
Victoria Beckham -
another celeb, constantly under scrutiny for her weight.
Sushi is a great food, with the
fish supplying much needed nutrients and Omega oils, not only that it also has
the bonus of being very low in fat. Rice is always a good diet food as it will
make you feel fuller and the seaweed and vegetables included will supply
vitamins and minerals. Also with so many different varieties, fillings and
sauces everyone should be able to find a sushi type to suit them and if you get
bored with it just try another.
