Suiting Round-Shaped
Faces
|
Features - Round faces
have about the same lengths as their breadths.
They, also like hearts, have cute chubby cheeks when they smile.
Forehead and cheeks are about the same width.
Famous Rounds
-
Cameron Diaz, Jean Harlow, Kirsten Dunst
Suits - Long sweeping bangs like
Cameron's. Face-framing layers.
Things to Avoid - A full,
eye-skimming fringe - they hit the wrong part of the face and the fullness will
make the face look wider too.
Check below for some hairstyles and cuts here that are perfectly suited to
round-shaped faces.

Color - Honey Blonde
Suits - Heart shaped faces
Best For - Naturally Straight Hair
This is an old look of Nicole's but a super cute one. To
get the look of Nicole's she sported back in 2005, first ask your hair dresser
for a shoulder length bob, which has slight layers graduating up to the chin and
a long side sweeping fringe.
To style blow dry your hair using a round brush and turn
the hair in at the bottom. Also use the brush to add a little height to the
crown.
This look should be super sleek so use some
John
Frieda Frizz Ease Glossing Spray
to get rid of any flyaway or frizzy hairs and also add some incredible shine.

The Look -Beachy waves
Seen At - The July 2011premiere of Harry Potter and the
Deathly Hallows Part 2
For this pretty look, start by working some
styling
mousse onto damp hair.
Blow dry two-inch sections with a round
brush, using it to add some movement and subtle shape through the
length.
Taking sections of about two-inchs again, mist
with styling spray then loosely wrap the ends around a medium-large-sized
curling iron.
Hold the curls in the irons for a few
seconds to help them set, then release and move onto the next
bit.
Don't be too fussy when creating the curls
- they don't
all have to be perfect or going in the same direction - they
should look lovely and natural.
Finish by running your fingers through
your hair to break up the curls a little; then apply some
hairspray for hold.

Kristen was styled by her go-to hairstylist, Adir Abergel,
who created a loose, rock-chic style to go with her studded dress.
He began by applying some
Fekkai Full Blown Volume
Styling Whip throughout the hair before
rough-drying.
Once dry, he applied a little more of the
Styling Whip then re-dried to boost the body and create a natural
wave.
Next he back-combed Kristen's hair from the
roots to the ends, spraying it with
Frederic Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray
along the way.
A few random parts were slightly flat-ironed
for an edgier look.
Kristen's hair was then brushed out leaving
her with textured and volumized hair.

Attending a pre-Super
Bowl event, Marisa wore her hair in this low-maintenance,
messy-but-pretty style.
To get this look,
create a parting of your choice, then gather your hair at
the back into a ponytail, but don't secure it at the top.
Pull the ponytail to
the front and create a wide, loose plait. Don't take
the plait all the way to the end (unless you want a
schoolgirl look), and secure it a few inches from the bottom
using an elastic.
The key for this style
is nothing should be too tight, smooth or pristine.
Marisa has left lots of hair loose for movement, and to
frame her face.
If your after an extra
glam touch, take a few of the loose sections and wrap the
ends around a curling iron for some bouncy curls.
