At - The 2009 Academy Awards
Freida's gorgeous Oscars up-do was created by stylist Jeffrey Paul.
Starting with blow-dried hair, he divided
Freida's hair into three sections - a left side part, three quarters
of hair in one section on the right and the remaining hair into two
smaller sections.
The right section was pulled back into a low
ponytail just behind the right ear above the nape of the neck.
Aveda Light Elements Defining Whip was worked
into the ponytail and it was twisted and wrapped around the base,
being secured with pins.
A little more Aveda Light Elements Defining
Whip was applied to the remaining sections before they were twist
back, around the bun too, creating a layered rose-like look.
Aveda Air Control Hair Spray was then spritzed
over the style to finish.
