For this style, first apply a
smoothing serum to damp hair - despite coloring etc. Kelly's hair
looks gorgeously frizz-free.
Apply some volumizing mousse
at the roots and blow-dry while using a round brush to work a little
lift into the top.
Pull your hair back into a
high ponytail but leave to sections (each about 2 fingers width) of
hair free - one at the front and one at the back.
 Pull
your ponytail so it fans out like Kelly's, making sure no bumps
appear around the roots. Now take the section of hair left loose at
the back to wrap around the band you used to secure the ponytail.
The last, and most important,
touch for completing this glam look. Take the section left loose at
the front and wrap it around a curling iron.
Complete the look with some
light-hold hairspray and you're good to go.
