The Look - Faux-bob
Seen At - A movie
premiere in 2007
Best on -
Shoulder-length hair; the longer the hair the trickier this will be
Creating this look, Eva had
her mid-length hair pinned up to create a bobbed look for the night.
For this look you can use
tongs to create the curls but rollers are a great way too.
If you're blow-drying, spritz
some volumising mousse into the roots and blow-dry with a round
brush to create a deep side parting and boost the root height a
little. Leave the hair still about 10% damp for the next part.
Taking some medium-large sized
rollers wrap large sections of your hair around them, going almost
as high up the head as you can.
Let the hair dry and the curls
set. Once your hair is totally dry, remove the rollers and pin
the the extra length up and underneath to the nape of the neck to
create the bobbed length - of course, if your hair is the right
length you don't need to do that.
Finish with a good mist of
hairspray to keep everything in place.
