Matching up with her gown perfectly, Nina had
a soft, romantic hair look for the Emmys.
Her hairstylist Riawna Capri told Teen Vogue:
"First, I blew out Nina's hair using
Wella Flowing Form Smoothing Balm
to create lots of body and lift, and then set the hair in Velcro
rollers."
Next, she curled the hair with a 1-inch
curling iron and pinned it in horizontal sections.
She added: "I let the hair sit for about 20
minutes, unpinned it, and then brushed it off to one side using a
boar bristle brush."
For a volume boost she lifted the bang area
with a rattail comb and sprayed it with
Wella Stay Firm Finishing Spray.
And finally, Nina's hair was sprayed with
Wella Shimmer Delight Shine Spray
for an all-over radiant glow.

Suits - Almost any face shape
Seen At - The Comic-Con in July 2011
For Nina's gorgeous glossy look, first spray
on some shine spray to damp hair before blow-drying with a round
brush.
If you have curly hair try Moroccanoil
Treatment which is great for natural curls and adds shine too.
Towards the ends of the hair, use the brush to
add some movement and turn the hair out but if that doesn't provide
you with quite enough curl use some large barrelled curling irons on
wide sections, adding some subtle curl and bounced out shape.
Create your side part and sweep all hair to
one side for Nina's complete look.

Suits - Oval face shapes.
Avoid if you have a high forehead or wide face.
Color - Dark brown with highlights
in a lighter shade of brown
Seen At - The September 2010 Emmy
Awards
Begin with freshly washed hair
and spray on some texturizing spray to the roots before blow-drying.
Once dry backcomb the section
of hair that is at the front of your hair to get Nina's volume.
Leave the sides as they should just be smooth.
Gently gather the hair into a
high ponytail at the back of the head, smoothing the sides as you
go.
It's hard to find a good back
picture of Nina's gorgeous 'do, but it looks like she had some of
the length wrapped around the base of the ponytail then looped the
rest up and around the bun it formed.
Pin the bun securely with some
hairpins close to your own color then finish with a mist of
hairspray.

Suits - Most face shapes
Color - Dark brown with
highlights in a lighter shade of brown
Seen At - The August
2010 Teen Choice Awards
Starting with freshly-washed hair,
towel-dry till it's damp, then spritz on some shine spray.
Blow-dry with a large round
brush, creating some volume at the roots and crown.
Create your parting and gently
backcomb the the crown for a little height at the back.
For those tumbling curls use
large hot rollers, wrapping them up to about ear height and away
from the direction of the face. Let the rollers cool as you go
some the curl will hold.

Suits - Oval face shapes
Color - Very dark brown
Seen At - The 12th Annual Young
Hollywood Awards in May 2010
Looking at Nina's roots in this style, it
looks like she gave her hair a break from the constant straightening and let her
natural waves give this look some added texture.
If you've got straight hair, start by
applying some texturizing spray to your hair while it's damp.
Brush your hair back and slide on an Alice
band of your choice - Nina went for a simple black one to blend in with her
hair. The band some smooth down the front, and push the hair back to
create some volume behind it.
Gather the hair into a high ponytail at
the back of the head, not pulling too tight so as to leave the volume behind the
band still there.
Now for the glam curls, if you don't have
natural curls, use a medium-size curling iron to add some ringlets to the length
of your ponytail, then take those newly-created curls and pin them up randomly,
looping some over and using hair pins that closely match your natural hair color
to secure them.
Finish with a touch of smoothing balm to
take care of any frizzy hairs on the top or side of your hair and complete the
style with a good amount of hairspray to hold everything in place.
