Celebrity Hair Styles - Honey Blonde

Honey Blonde is the perfect blonde shade for tan and olive skin tones.

It's the shade of blonde that Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie have opted for when they've tried out blonde.

Styles are ordered by length -

The Look - Versatile Crop

Color - Black with a honey blonde long layer

Take a pic of this cut to your hairdresser to show them exactly what you want.

The style is short on the sides but this is no boring crop; the long length at the top can be curled, quiffed, slicked back and worn a variety of ways.

To style into Rihanna's sleek look (right), work a little pomade into the roots and along to the ends.

For the curly style, seen at the 2010 Grammy Awards, use a medium-barreled curling iron and wrap up sections (about the width of two fingers) going right to the roots.

To ensure long hold, let the curls set once created, then release them and finish the look with a burst of hairspray.

Suits- Oval, Round or heart shaped faces.

Good For- Only people with naturally curly hair, which is thick and has loads of body.

Color- Honey Blonde

To get this look you'll have to go to the hairdressers and get a layered bob, to maximise texture. Then once its washed a short blast with the hair dryer is all it needs. If you want a more choppy finish get some flat heated irons, such as Morphy Richards Mark hill Kick It, to break up the ends of the hair and make it kick out like Keira's.

Follow with some John Freida Tousled Tresses Texturizer, a texturising wa in fab mist form, which will create a broken up piecy finish.

Seen At - The 2011 Academy Awards

Scarlett had her natural-looking wavy Oscars look created by Frederic Fekkai hairstylist Duffy.

He began by applying Fekkai Advanced Full Blown Volume Styling Whip to towel-dried hair, working it in from roots to ends.

The hair was then dried with Fekkai Classic Brush (a natural boar bristle brush) to create the textured effect this look requires.

Fekkai Full Blown Volume Lifting Hairspray was applied to the roots and Fekkai Coiff Oc?nique Tousled Wave Spray was spritz towards the nape of the neck.

Using a 1.5 inch curling iron 2-3 inch sections of hair were wrapped around the barrel, leaving the ends out.

For an added volume boost, a hairdryer with a nozzle attachment was used to blast the roots.

Waves were broken up and separated with the fingers and the style was completed with a mist of Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray.

Color - Mid brown with some honey and dark blonde high lights

Suits - Most face shapes

Best For - Mid-Length hair and if you've got some help to pin up your curls

Begin by blow-drying damp or wet hair using a round brush to create some volume at the crown and roots.

Loosely tong the hair then pull it into a low ponytail at the back. Begin twisting hairs up and then pin or clip them into place. It's fine if this isn't the neatest hair style ever - Hayden's look was slightly messy but still ultra glam.

Finish with hairspray to keep everything in place.

Suits - Heart shaped faces

Best For - Naturally Straight Hair

This is an old look of Nicole's but a super cute one. To get the look of Nicole's she sported back in 2005, first ask your hair dresser for a shoulder length bob, which has slight layers graduating up to the chin and a long side sweeping fringe.

To style blow dry your hair using a round brush and turn the hair in at the bottom. Also use the brush to add a little height to the crown.

This look should be super sleek so use some John Frieda Frizz Ease Glossing Spray to get rid of any flyaway or frizzy hairs and also add some incredible shine.

Color- Honey Blonde

Suits- Oval and long faces

Start by blow-drying your hair straight using a round brush and a blob of straightening cream like Paul Mitchell Straight Works.

Once your hair is totally dry, smooth a little John Frieda Frizz Ease Serum through the length of your hair and at the top to stop any fly ends escaping.

Now sweep your hair into a smooth ponytail, using a clip which you can get from Claire's Accessories, to fasten it.

Finish by pulling sections of your pony forwards, to frame your face.

Seen at - The 2006 Academy Awards

For this look apply some volumising mousse to her wet hair and some texturising spray at the back section.

Blow-dry, using a round brush to boost height and straighten out the front section before bouncing it out slightly at the ends.

Once completely dry, part the hair slightly off centre leaving the front completely straight before brushing the rest back and back-combing it to achieve height, spraying with hairspray as you go.

Once you feel you have enough height, gather the hair at the back into a simple bun or chignon, pinning it into place and securing with another burst of hairspray.

Beyonce was styled by Kimberley Kimble for the event, who began by blow-drying Beyonce's hair using a flat-paddle brush.

A side-parting was created and for extra straightness, a flat-iron was ran over the length of the hair.

For the shimmery glitzy, strands of Bella Via Hair Glitter were tied in.

For this look, most of the length will be tied together so straightening and blow-drying isn't an absolute must.

Gather all your hair as if making a low ponytail at the back then sweep it round to one side.  If you have some shorter lengths or layers that fall down around the side that's okay - this style doesn't have to look perfect.

Create a loose fishtail braid in the length of the ponytail.

Leave a little length loose at the bottom and use a discreet elastic to secure the braid in place

Going uber glam, Blake added a gold hair adornment into her hair; get the look with the Golden Leaves and Central Crystal Flower Hair Comb; sliding it into the top of your ponytail at the back.
