Auburn sits just between brown and red in the hair color
spectrum and is a great match for fair-medium skin and blue or green eyes.
It's also the perfect shade to try if you fancy going red
but are a little scared of going for a full-on shade. Miley Cyrus and Julia
Roberts are just two celebs who've tried out auburn with great effect.

Section off your hair ear to ear and use a
large curling iron to create a mass of tumbling ringlets around your face.
Twist the back section of hair into a
tight tube and secure with a bobby pin. Tong the ends and finish by raking some
wax through your hair to break up the curls, then randomly pin up some tendrils,
leaving your hair a little loose for more of a romantic look.

The Look - Side-swept curlsTo recreate Milla's glam look, first
apply some styling mousse or serum to damp hair before blow-drying with a round
brush to add a touch of height and body.
Set the hair with rollers, pointing up
and away from the face.
Once the hair has cooled and curls have
set, remove the rollers and create a deep side part on the side of your choice.
Whichever side has the least amount of
hair, sweep around behind the neck and over the shoulder, using some crisscrossed
hair pins to keep the style in place.
Let the curls on the other side fall naturally, and finish
by misting the look with some strong finishing spray.

face, like Julia's take one tendril at a time and coil the hair around your
index finger, then to make sure the curls stay in place spray them lightly with
some lacquer.

For this gorgeous look, your
hair needs to have a lot of volume. Apply to volumizing mousse
while it's wet then blow-dry using a large round brush.
Use the brush to section of
the hair at the front, and add some waves to the length at the back.
Once dry, back-comb the hair
behind the front section, giving it some oomph. before securing into
a high ponytail at the back.
For an extra flirty touch, use
some curling irons to add a little extra kick to the loose sections
at the front.
Finish with some strong-hold
hairspray - especially on the volumized section - try to leave the
ponytail and loose tendrils free though, as they should have a
little movement.

Ashlee has had loads of styles over the years but
this one had mega wow factor and not because it's a fancy style -
simply because of the fab color and how well it worked on her.
Sitting just between brown and red, Ashlee's

Kristen was styled by her go-to hairstylist, Adir Abergel,
who created a loose, rock-chic style to go with her studded dress.
He began by applying some
Fekkai Full Blown Volume
Styling Whip throughout the hair before
rough-drying.
Once dry, he applied a little more of the
Styling Whip then re-dried to boost the body and create a natural
wave.
Next he back-combed Kristen's hair from the
roots to the ends, spraying it with
Frederic Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray
along the way.
A few random parts were slightly flat-ironed
for an edgier look.
Kristen's hair was then brushed out leaving
her with textured and volumized hair.
