A guide for recreating Dita's
trademark flawless skin and perfectly painted red lips look
Dita starts off by creating
flawless looking skin. She uses a pale, shimmering powder all over her face and
body. Try out
Benefit Kitten Goes To Paris, a soft
silvery powder, with a lilac undertone, which comes with a fluffy powder puff.
The brows have to be well groomed
and shaped perfectly to frame the eyes. For this classic look work with your
natural arch and use a pencil to help enhance the shape and fill in any spaces.
Dita's fluttery look requires
some false lashes, liquid eyeliner and lashings of black mascara. You should
also smudge a little black eyeliner under the lower lash line.
Bourjois Liquid Liner
and
Volume Glamour Mascara
are perfect for getting this look.
Achieving
her perfect cat-eye, Dita told T Magazine: "I look down into a
mirror to apply it so I can see the shape and match them up better."
Dita's red lips are her signature
look, she uses
Guerlain Kiss Kiss Lipstick,
in Exces de Rouge to create her scarlet pout.
Max Factor Lipfinity
is also great for getting this look and isn't quite so expensive.
Add just a touch of colour to
your cheeks with Dita's favourite
Stila Creme Blush,
Rose and dab it onto your natural cheekbone, blending it upwards to create a
chiselled look.
Finally use a little of your
liquid eyeliner to create a beauty spot up close to the eye, or place one
wherever you like for your own unique look.
