How it works - According to this diet
your blood group works together with the rest of your body to
determine the food groups you need to eat as well as to avoid to
stay slim and healthy.
What's for Dinner -
Group A - Stick to vegetables and avoid too much
meat
Group B - Fish is the best food for this group
Group O - Stay away from Carbs, the Atkins diet
is good for this group
Group AB - A balanced diet is what you need.
Good Bits - This diet gives you clear lists of
foods you can and can't eat, so its very uncomplicated and easy to stick to.
There is also no calorie counting on this diet, so you're allowed the occasional
glass of wine, or some coffee.
Bad Bits - Cutting out whole food groups, like
Group O diet can limit the intake of nutrients your body needs to stay healthy.
Celeb Fans - Elizabeth Hurley, Cheryl Cole, Martine
McCutcheon and Courteney Cox are all reported to have tried out this type of
diet.
